New flooring - Trafficmaster groutable vinyl tile, looks just like ceramic but not so cold and much more forgiving if you drop a dish

I just love the stuff and highly recommend it

 

 

Ripped out carpet and replaced with laminate flooring.

Had to replace railing to upgrade to wood staircase.

What a pain, never again, next time I re-carpet ! ! !

 

 

 

 

Ripped up old Astroturf carpet on front steps and put down porcelain tile.

Neighbor followed suit and installed a slightly darker tile

 

 

Fixed up the koi pond a little and painted what I could outside.
